National PACE Association The Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly cares for the well-being of seniors with chronic care needs and their families. PACE serves individuals age 55 and older who are certified by the state to need nursing home care  and are able to live safely in the community with the support of the PACE program at the time of enrollment.
